Manager - Strategy Deployment

Should be a go-getter, and an excellent team player with superior communication skills and should have the passion to understand and deploy business strategy for large to mid size organizations with a
focus on Performance Management. The Manager - Strategy Deployment will be responsibile for the sales of MPOWER's end to end solutions that include the Balanced Scorecard framework, Business KPIs and Individual Performance and Appraisal. Will be required to generate leads, make presentations, make proposals and communicate the concept of Performance Management to Business Leaders, CEOs, CXOs, etc. The ability to negotiate, generate and monitor the delivery of large projects is required, and good understanding of the Balanced Scorecard framework is an added advantage.

Qualification: MBA
Work Experience: 3 - 5 Years
The Nature of Experience: Selling Consulting and End-to-End IT based solutions to the uppermost management of mid and large size organizations.

Consultant - Strategy Implementation

The Consultant - Strategy Implementation must have superior expertise in software implementation and training; in installations, documentations, and presentation. An excellent project coordinator who is technically sound, he or she must be an excellent communicator who is perfectly tuned to customer needs.

Work Experience: 2 PLUS Years
Knowledge: Masters in Management Service: Systems

Quality Analyst

The Quality Analyst must have excellent demonstrable skills in automated testing tools and QC processes; in test planning and quality measurements. He or she must have had previous exposure to WHITE BOX and BLACK BOX; be able to generate test cases along with executions and defect reporting.

Work Experience: 0 – 6 Years

Database Architect / Engineer

The Database Architect /Engineer shall be responsible for database designing. Knowledge of ORACLE, SQL 2000, PL / SQL / TRIGGERS, STORE PROCEDURES, FUNCTIONS, DATABASE TUNING is a must. He or she may have OLAP knowledge or hands on experience of OLAP.

Work Experience: 2 PLUS Years

Software Engineer

The Software Engineer must be skilled in J2EE, JAVA, JSP, SERVELET, STRUTS, SQL SERVER, BEANS, MVC STANDARDS, etc. He or she must be skilled in logical assimilation of data and thought. This individual should be result oriented self motivator; a quick learner, a good communicator and documenter.

Work Experience: 2 PLUS Years
The Nature of Experience: Experience in software solutions development.

Technical Writer

The responsibility of the Technical Writer is to create online user and systems manuals for MPOWER’s software products and applications. He or she should have analytical skills; a good command over the English language is necessary. An understanding interactive design, illustration and page layouts is a must.

Work Experience: 0 – 6 years

Systems Executive

The Systems Executive must be proficient in the installation of various Operating Systems such as WINDOWS, LINUX, etc; in troubleshooting, hardware and software problems of relevance; in updating virus definitions, taking backups and maintaining the entire system of the organisation.

Required Technical Skills: Should have thorough knowledge of networking, MICROSOFT OPERATING SYSTEMS, LINUX, etc. He or she must be good at Documentation; knowledge of LOTUS NOTES is a must.

Work Experience: 2 PLUS Years

Graphic Designer

A good Graphic Designer is the one who has thorough knowledge of HTML combined with substantial experience in web and multimedia design integration. The candidate must have proficiency in ADOBE, PHOTOSHOP, MACROMEDIA DREAMWEAVER, COREL DRAW and ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR. Knowledge of ASP will of course be considered as an added advantage; knowledge and experience in e-learning is necessary.
