Sr. HR Executive

Should be a result driven HR Professional with work equity of 5 to 7 years in the areas of IT recruitment, resourcing, manpower planning & allocations, behavioral counseling & other human resource activities. Should have core experience in recruitment, induction, training & development, policies and procedures.

Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR)
Work Experience: 5 - 7 Years
The Nature of Experience: Expertise in Human Resource management & Corporate communication.

Support Executive - Strategy Consulting & Deployment

Excellent communicator with an ability to identify prospective clients. Expert in conducting relevant research & generating reports whenever required. Active key of the function as well as cordination. Lead Generation, Contacting corporates, Conducting meeting & a strong support to the Strategy Consulting & Deployment team.

Qualification: Graduate
Work Experience: 2 - 3 Years
The Nature of Experience: Should be, a Sales support or marketing support in an IT Organization.

Manager Implementation

Dynamic Management Capability. A Strategic thinker and doer, ability to handle multiple project at a time. Experienced in project mangement, coordination, delivery process, client servicing, building business model, training, handholding & support. Excellent communication & customer focussed.

Qualification: BE / MBA Preferable
Work Experience: 7 - 8 Years
The Nature of Experience: Dynamic Project Management capability with the Strategy Execution as the main focus.

Business Development Manager

Independent & Go getter. Ability to develop new market segments for Strategy Execution, to make sales calls & presentation at CXO level.Tapping new avenue of business development from the targeted domain. Dynamic, excited and has a positive “can-do” attitude. A Strategic thinker and a doer.

Qualification: Graduate / MBA ( Sales & Marketing)
Work Experience: 5 - 7 Years
The Nature of Experience: Implementer of product specific makerting plans & activities to achieve the Strategic companies direction & objectives in the line with its Vision and Mission.

Manager Quality

A firm believer of "QUALITY BEGINS WITH ME" is the person whom we are looking for. Experience in designing test processes, test cases, module delivery check, assessment, report deviation from design, Functional testing, Regression test, Performance test, Stress test. Ability to present status reporting for the entire Product and Project Delivery Test cycle.

Qualification: BE / MBA (Pref)
Work Experience: 5 - 7 Years
The Nature of Experience: Ability to handle all the testing process.

Project Manager (An Innovator focussed in delivery of Product)

A well balanced individual with a capability of team player and team management Strong experience of project management & experience of handling multiple project & deliveries following the PDLC approach.Well versed with Core Java,Servlets, JSP, Javabeans, JFC & J2EE Structure, Struts, Hibernate, Ajax, JSF, Visual Source safe & Vision.

Qualification: BE / MBA (Pref) / MCA
Work Experience: 6 - 8 Years
The Nature of Experience: Innovative Product Development and well managed Project Deliveries.

Database Engineer

Responsible for database designing. Experienced in, updation of database for new fields and SP’s, keeping track of deviation from design/req, coding of stored procedures as per design/req. spec. provided. spec, screen capture and validation of process, database Integrity and validation check, maintain SP’s on VSS, maintain test case data for the application, problem reporting, database optimization and administration, status reporting on the entire project/module.

Qualification: BE
Work Experience: 5 - 7 Years
The Nature of Experience: Team player & experience working with innovation in Database Architecture.

Executive Implementation

Well versed in project management and business software implementation.Proven ability to build relationship with the clients at CXO level. Energitic & self motivated team player & ability to work in both independent & team environment. Excellent written, presentation & communication skills. Must understand Strategy Execution focussed deliveries.

Qualification: BE / MBA
Work Experience: 3 - 4 Years
The Nature of Experience: Project Management, Business Analysis and comfortable with technologies like people soft, CRM, ERP and other large scale software products.

Software Engineer

Innovative is the defining criteria for an engineer. An individual who will think & deliver quality & creativity. Experience in developing on JAVA platforms. Experience in technologies like Core Java , Servlets, JSP, Javabeans, JFC, J2EE, Java Script, PDLC, SQL Server 2000/2005.

Qualification: BE
Work Experience: 2 - 4 Years
The Nature of Experience: Team player with innovative capability, full experience in the PDLC cycle and documentatoin.
