Project Ranking– Identify the Right Projects

Projects maybe ranked by giving user defined weightages to ROI, cost, duration and importance of the project.

COVENARK® for Primavera gives you a ranking module that calculates a rank for each project depending upon values input in for these weightages. You may select the appropriate project from the ranked list and link them to the objectives.

Project Measures - Measure the project performance in your BSC

COVENARK® for Primavera is geared to add measures for an objective according to project performance measurement factors in Primavera. These are cost variance, schedule variance, cost performance index and schedule performance index. The measures are reflected in the balanced scorecard page for your review. Drilling down from the BSC page, the user can assess the performance of projects based on these pre-determined factors.

Project Summary – One-page project overview

COVENARK® for Primavera gives you a one page overview and status of all the projects that have been initiated and linked to the strategy and includes the project name, person responsible, project status outline and the objective linkages. Further details on the projects maybe viewed by accessing individual project templates, which provides information regarding dates, cost, duration and resources. This data is extracted from the integrated Primavera database.

Project Dashboard – View the impact of initiatives on objectives.

The project dashboard presents you a matrix depicting the Performance Management objectives and the initiatives linked to them with the weightages. It also allows you to determine the lag in number of projects (based on related factors) that are linked to each objectives.
