Technical Leader

Desired Qualification: Graduate in any stream (preferred in Engg.) Experience: 7-8 years

Core Competencies:

• At least 7-8 years of total experience in JAVA/J2EE, out of which 4 years of experience in leading a team and handling end to end project, including all the project related activities along with strong development background.
• Documentation & Customer requirement - Should be well versed
• Expertise in JAVA/J2EE (Core, OOPs Concepts, JSP, Servlets, JDBC), Tomcat, JBoss.
• Standard Project Life cycle methodology (Waterfall/Agile).
• Must have a full grasp of the latest technologies, i.e., IBM, Apple, iPad, CISCO, mobile application, Cloud, etc., with special experience in Windows, Linux, Mac, Symbian, Android platforms.
• Framework: Hibernate, Spring, Struts 2.0
• Should be able to multitask, prioritize and manage deadlines.

Competencies:

• Knowledge of browser-based technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, JSON, AJAX, JSP, Servlets, HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong experience in application design (UML), design patterns and performance tuning.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, written, oral & communication skills and ability to develop new approaches to complex design problem.
• Must be innovative, organised and eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form.
• Must have positive attitude and self - driven.
• Must have experience in Web portals, Android applications and Graphical User Interface design.
• Experience in MS SQL
