mPOWERASIA has also implemented COVENARK® for a renowned leader in the Telecom and ISP domain, Tata Communications Ltd (TCL). Implementation of COVENARK® with automation of 8 SBU level scorecards was deployed at TCL. TCL's motive behind automation of scorecards was to have a comprehensive view of operations in their 8 SBUs.
TCL, a leader in the telecom and ISP domain in India, uses COVENARK® for strategy deployment and reviews. Automation of the corporate and all the 8 SBU level scorecards was the objective of the project.
